Cristoval (Cris) Moros was a human news journalist, documentarian and maker of holofilms. As a reporter for the Federation News Network, he used the alias/pen-name Carlos Vega, when he accompanied the Arcadia's journey to galaxy M87 (317 CE), reporting on the event and subsequent details of life among Arcadia's crew as a result of the experience.
- In the divergent timeline created by the UFS Arcadia's return from M87, wherein the ship crashed on Meloc II and all hands were lost, Moros/Vega was presumably killed.
In early 345, Moros worked as an assistant and consultant to Plisskie, a holo-filmmaker on Earth. Moros objected to Plisskie's subject material and representations, so much so that he forged off on his own, making his own holo-film productions, including controversial documentaries on culture and politics within the Federation, which garnered widespread attention. ("That's Entertainment") Sul Midak credited Moros with changing the path of Midak's life through a penetrating interview ("Veritas").
