Kron was a humanoid^[1] bounty hunter of unknown origin from Cassiopeia, possibly the father of Tori Thuban. To disguise his identity, he wore a black faceplate, completely covering his face, under an old Romulan centurion's helmet^[2]. He also carried an assortment of weapons and tools for his work, including equipment which hid him from biosensors.

Kron's successes in acquiring bounty gained him a reputation by name, though few knew him on sight.
