Starfleet physician. Ross served as Arcadia's chief medical officer in 344 CE, after the ship's temporal jump from 324, until its departure for Andromeda, and again for a brief period in 346.

Ross hailed from a Federation fringe colony and had little contact with Earth or other human-populated systems. She once worked on Galindra V, where she witnessed the personal effects of Klingon hostilities following the Khitomer discord (336), causing her dislike of that race. This led to romantic involvement with Christopher Gray, first officer of the UFS Olympia, until Gray's reassignment to Andromeda. After Arcadia left for Andromeda in 344 to rescue the Olympia, Ross transferred to a starbase.

Ross shared genetic ancestry with Erio Sosa (and possibly other inhabitants of Paqafi, Sosa's home planet).
