Ria stood in front of a mirror. And she was not pleased by what she was looking at.
She was currently gazing at herself in her newly issued Starfleet uniform. Standard in red, the generally accepted color for diplomatic officers. Two solid gold pips on the collar, declaring that she was a lieutenant. Ria summed up her thoughts on the look in a short and sweet manner.
"Oh, this just sucks."

Ria, now able to go anywhere on the ship, because she wore her magic uniform, walked onto the bridge. Commander Winters had just asked the captain something, and was waiting for a response. Glancing around, Ria settled at the back of the room. Her uniform may have left something to be desired, but this ship was definitely a better mode of transportation than her last one.
