Little is known about W'x [wiks].  This gaseous being, a civilian, joined Arcadia at Starbase 514 in late 322 CE, two months before the Oniiri Vortex mission (323).  It seemed a territorial yet peaceful creature who worked with various departments aboard Arcadia.

W'x could travel through vents and other areas inaccessible to most organics.  Its quarters were adapted to various environmental conditions for other lifeforms, including humans, containing an oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere.  Griff Tryce was once caught napping in W'x's quarters.
