Following "Join the Fleet, See the Universe"
Ringo strolled onto the bridge, stopping next to the command chair, and looked around.
"Hey, Eve – where's the captain?"
Eve Ordalani turned her head towards him, raising an eyebrow. She was his superior officer. Apparently Ringo had a few things left to learn.
"Leading an away mission to the surface," Eve said, unruffled.
"What?!" Ringo looked indignant. "And he didn't take me? After all I did to win his favor?!"
"Captain April is leading the mission," Eve said. "He is in command now. Captain Skye has been relieved for personal reasons."
Ringo's face paled slightly. "Captain... Captain April?" He shuddered visibly. "Oooo... he's too scary. Forget it." Ringo took another look around and lowered his voice, leaning towards Eve. "Eve... there's something you should know. I respect you too much not to tell you."
