Dark-haired ensign, assigned to Arcadia as a helmsman in 317, while the ship was docked at Deep Space 9.

Thesion grew up a "bad seed", getting into trouble since his father died in the second Borg invasion (310). He was forced into Starfleet as a disciplinary measure, with mixed success.

Shortly after Thesion joined the crew, Arcadia encountered a temporal anomaly in the Gamma Quadrant which disrupted the crew's sense of morality. In an altercation, Joycelyn Havercroft killed him.
